Common use of Normal Valuation Clause in Contracts

Normal Valuation. For purposes of this Agreement, the value of any asset as of any date (or in the event such date is a holiday or other day which is not a business day, as of the immediately preceding business day) shall be valued by the Managing Member in good faith using methods it considers appropriate.
