Normal Progression Clause Samples
The "Normal Progression" clause defines the expected pace and sequence of work or activities under a contract. It typically outlines that the contractor or party responsible must proceed with their obligations in a steady, uninterrupted manner, following any agreed schedules or milestones. For example, in a construction contract, this clause would require the builder to continue work without unnecessary delays, ensuring that each phase follows logically from the previous one. The core function of this clause is to prevent avoidable slowdowns or disruptions, thereby ensuring timely completion and reducing the risk of disputes over project delays.
