Normal Operation Output Range. The maximum output for the normal operation if the two (2) units of the Cascade III Hydropower Station shall be 120% of the rated capacity, and the minimum output for the normal operation shall be 35% of the rated capacity. Or the operation output range of the units shall be: from 35% to 120% of the rated capacity; _____% to _____% of the rated capacity; and _____% to _____% of the rated capacity.
