Common use of Normal Commercial Relations Clause in Contracts

Normal Commercial Relations. Anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the Trustee and any Certificateholder, or any bank or other Affiliate of any such party, may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with the Company, the Parent and any of their Affiliates fully to the same extent as if this Agreement were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to the Company, the Parent and any of their Affiliates for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.

Normal Commercial Relations. Anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the Trustee and any Certificateholder, or any bank or other Affiliate affiliate of any such party, may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with the Company, the Parent and any of their Affiliates Company fully to the same extent as if this Agreement were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to the Company, the Parent and any of their Affiliates Company for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
