Nonsolicitation of Employees; Expiration. Member hereby agrees that during the Employment Period and thereafter until the Expiration Date, Member will not, in any manner, directly or indirectly, Solicit any person who is a Member or former Member of the Company or a key employee of the Firm to resign from the Firm or to apply for or accept employment with any Competitive Enterprise.
