Common use of Nonsolicitation of Employees and Customers Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation of Employees and Customers. At all times during the Restricted Period, the Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, for himself or for any other Person: (i) solicit, recruit or attempt to solicit or recruit any employee of the Company to leave the Company’s employment; or (ii) solicit or attempt to solicit any of the actual or targeted prospective customers or clients of the Company with whom the Employee had material contact or about whom the Employee learned Confidential Information on behalf of any Person in connection with any business that competes with the Company’s Business.
