Common use of Nonsolicitation of Business Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation of Business. For a period of one year from the date of termination of employment, Employee will not divert or attempt to divert from Employer any business Employer has enjoyed or solicited from its customers during the two (2) years prior to termination of his employment.

Nonsolicitation of Business. For a period of one year 24-months from the date of termination of employment, Employee will not divert or attempt to divert from Employer the Company any business Employer the Company has enjoyed or solicited from its customers during the two (2) years a period of 24-months prior to the date of termination of his employmentEmployee.

Nonsolicitation of Business. For a period of one year twelve (12) months from the date of termination of employment, Employee will not divert or attempt to divert from Employer (or its subsidiaries, corporate affiliates) any business Employer has (or its subsidiaries, corporate affiliates) had enjoyed or solicited from its customers during the two eighteen (218) years months prior to termination of his or her employment.

Nonsolicitation of Business. For During Employee’s employment with Employer and for a period of one year twelve (12) months from the date of termination of such employment, Employee will not divert or attempt to divert from Employer any business Employer has had enjoyed or solicited from its customers during the two twelve (212) years months prior to the termination of his Employee’s employment.

Nonsolicitation of Business. For a period of one year eighteen (18) months from the date of termination of employment, Employee will not divert or attempt to divert from Employer (or its subsidiaries, corporate affiliates) any business Employer has (or its subsidiaries, corporate affiliates) had enjoyed or solicited from its customers during the two eighteen (218) years months prior to termination of his or her employment.
