Nonsectarian and Non-Religious. The Organizer shall ensure that the Charter School is nonsectarian and non-religious in its curriculum, programs, admission policies, employment practices, governance, and all other operations. The Organizer shall comply with the requirements of the United States and Indiana Constitutions, including those provided by the establishment clause of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and article 1, section 6 of the Indiana Constitution. The Organizer shall not use any of the funds to operate the Charter School for the benefit of any religious or theological institution.
