Common use of Nonresident Tuition Clause in Contracts

Nonresident Tuition. ‌ Employees may enroll their children at the Buckeye Local School District under the Inter-district Open Enrollment Policy which requires a parent to submit an application each year between April 1 and April 15. If the Board rescinds its Inter-district Open Enrollment Policy, they will allow children of nonresident employees to attend school within the district upon payment of one-half (½) of the cost of tuition.
