Common use of Nonrefundable Deposit Clause in Contracts

Nonrefundable Deposit. The nonrefundable deposit (submitted with the accompanying Exhibitor Payment Form) is due on the signing of this Agreement. The Agreement must be received by the ASQDE no later than June 1, 2011 and the balance must be paid on or before August 1, 2011. The amounts of each deposit are as follows: EXHIBITOR: $250 nonrefundable deposit due by June 1, 2011; $600 balance due August 1, 2011 SUPPORTER: $750 nonrefundable deposit due by June 1, 2011; $750 balance due August 1, 2011 SPONSOR: $1000 nonrefundable deposit due by June 1, 2011; $4000 balance due August 1, 2011 Payment may be made by check (see Exhibitor Payment Form for details) or by credit card via Paypal through our online form at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/AGM/exhibitors.html.
