Common use of Noninterference Clause in Contracts

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, and for a period of 2 years after termination of this Agreement, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Affiliate by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any employee of the Company or any Affiliate to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant, or independent contractor to or for any other employer.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, Company and for a period of 2 two years after termination of this Agreementthereafter, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Affiliate by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any executive or material employee of the Company or any Affiliate of its Affiliates to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other employerCompany.

While employed by the Company, Company and for a period of 2 years one year after termination of this Agreement, the Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Affiliate subsidiary of the Company by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, or otherwise inducing, or otherwise causing any employee of the Company or any Affiliate subsidiary of the Company to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other employer.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, Company and for a the period of 2 two years after termination of this Agreementthereafter, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Affiliate by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any employee who is an employee of the Company or any Affiliate at the time of such solicitation to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other employer.

While employed by the Company, Company and for a period of 2 two (2) years after termination of this Agreement, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company’s Affiliates by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any employee of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company’s Affiliates to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other employer.

While employed by Executive agrees that during the Company, Term and for a period of 2 years eighteen months after termination of this Agreement, Executive he agrees that he will not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Company Affiliate by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any employee of the Company or any Company Affiliate to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other employer.

While employed by the Company, Company and for a period of 2 two (2) years after termination of this Agreement, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company's Affiliates by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any employee of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company's Affiliates to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other employer.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, Company and for a period until one (1) year from the expiration of 2 years after the Term or the termination of this AgreementAgreement by the Company, as the case may be, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Affiliate by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, inducing or otherwise causing any employee of the Company or any Affiliate to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other employer.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company, Company and for a period of 2 years 18 months after termination of this AgreementExecutive's employment with the Company for any reason, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company's Affiliates by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any employee of the Company or any Company Affiliate to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant, or independent contractor to or for any other employer.
