Noninterference Covenant. Executive agrees that during the Employment Period and for the twelve (12) month period thereafter (“Restricted Period”), he will not, for any reason, directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or otherwise do any act or thing which may induce any other employee of the Company (who is employed by the Company at the end of Executive’s employment with the Company) to leave the employ of the Company.
