You agree not to disparage the Company, its and the Company’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders, shareholders and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputation or personal reputation, and the Company (through its officers and directors) agrees not to disparage you in any manner likely to be harmful to your business, business reputation or personal reputation; provided that both you will and the Company may respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when required by legal process.

Nondisparagement. You agree not to disparage the Company, Company and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its or their business, business reputation, or personal reputation, and the Company agrees to instruct its executives not to disparage you in any manner likely to be harmful to your business or personal reputation; provided that you will either party may respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when required by legal process.

Nondisparagement. You agree not to disparage the Company, its and the Company’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders, shareholders and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputation or personal reputation, and the Company agrees to direct its officers and directors not to disparage you in any manner likely to be harmful to your business, business reputation or personal reputation; provided that both you will and the Company may respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when required by legal processprocess or in the course of a government investigation.

Nondisparagement. You agree not to disparage the Company, its Company Entities or their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and affiliates or agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputation, reputation or personal reputation; provided provided, however, that you will shall respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when required by legal process.

Nondisparagement. You agree not to disparage the Company, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its or their business, business reputation, reputation or personal reputation, and the Company agrees (through its officers and directors) not to disparage you in any manner likely to be harmful to your personal or business reputation; provided provided, however, that both you and the Company you will respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when required by legal process.

Nondisparagement. You agree not to disparage the Company, its the Company’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders, shareholders and agents, affiliates and subsidiaries in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputation, reputation or personal reputation; provided that you will respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when required by legal process. Failure to comply with this provision shall be a material breach of this Agreement.

You agree not to disparage the Company, its products or services, business, technologies, market position, performance and other similar information concerning the Company, or the Company’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders, shareholders and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputation, reputations or personal reputationreputations; provided that you will may respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when to the extent required by legal process.

Nondisparagement. You agree not to disparage the Company, Company or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, shareholders and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputation, reputation or personal reputation, and will not to make derogatory statements about them, either written or oral, to any third party, and will not encourage others to make derogatory or disparaging statements about them on your behalf; provided provided, however that you will respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when required by legal process.

Nondisparagement. You agree not to disparage the Company or the Company, its ’s current and former officers, directors, employees, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputation or personal reputation, ; and the Company (through its officers and directors) agrees not to disparage you in any manner likely to be harmful to you or your business or personal reputation; provided that you will the parties may respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when if required by legal process.

You agree not to disparage the Company or the Company, its ’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders. parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputation, reputation or personal reputation; provided that you will may respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when to the extent required by legal process.

You agree not to disparage the Company, Company or its officers, directors, employees, shareholdersmembers, and shareholders or agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputationreputations or personal reputations, and the Company agrees to direct its officers and directors not to disparage you in any manner likely to be harmful to your business, business reputation or personal reputation; provided that both you will and the Company may respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry inquiry, or request for information when as required by legal processlaw.

You agree not to disparage the Company, Company and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, shareholders and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputation, reputation or personal reputation; provided that and the Company (through its executive officers and directors) agrees not to disparage you will in any manner likely to be harmful to you or your business, business reputation or personal reputation. Notwithstanding anything else in this paragraph, both the Company and you may respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when to the extent required by legal process.

You agree not to disparage the Company, Company and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, stockholders and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputation, reputation or personal reputation; provided that and the Company (through its executive officers and directors) agrees not to disparage you will in any manner likely to be harmful to you or your business, business reputation or personal reputation. Notwithstanding anything else in this paragraph, both the Company and you may respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when if required by legal process.

You agree not to disparage the Company, Company and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, investors, and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputation, reputations or personal reputationreputations; provided that you will may respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information when to the extent required by legal processprocess (e.g., a valid subpoena or other similar compulsion of law) or as part of a government investigation.

Nondisparagement.
