Common use of Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause in Contracts

Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment. The Borrower and its subsidiaries will not discriminate against or intimidate any employee or any applicant for employment because of gender, race, creed, or color, in any manner, including but not limited to the following activities: employment; upgrading, demotion or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship. The Borrower hereby accepts and agrees to be bound by the nondiscrimination/sexual harassment provisions set forth in Exhibit “B” hereto, and will cause comparable nondiscrimination/sexual harassment provisions to be inserted into all Project contracts.
