Common use of Noncompetition Period Clause in Contracts

This Agreement shall remain enforceable during the Employee's employment with the Company and for a period of two years after termination of the Employee's employment for any reason (such period not to include any period(s) of violation or period(s) of time required for litigation to enforce the covenants set forth herein).
