Common use of Noncompetition Period Clause in Contracts

Noncompetition Period. For the purpose of Section 9 of this Section, “Noncompetition Period” shall mean the period of employment hereunder and the period commencing on the date of termination of employment and ending 12 months thereafter. If employee is found to have violated the covenants contained herein during the Noncompetition Period such Noncompetition Period shall be extended for a period equal to the amount of time the Employee is found to have been in non-compliance.

If employee is found to have violated the covenants contained herein during the Noncompetition Period such Noncompetition Period shall be extended for a period equal to the amount of time the Employee is found to have been in non-compliance.

If employee is found to have violated the covenants contained herein during the Noncompetition Period such Noncompetition Period shall be extended for a period equal to the amount of time the Employee is found to have been in non-compliance.

If employee ; provided, however, that in the event Employee is found terminated for Cause pursuant to have violated the covenants contained herein during provisions of Section 6(e) hereof, the Noncompetition Period such Noncompetition Period shall be extended for a mean the period equal to commencing on the amount date of time the Employee is found to have been in non-compliancetermination and ending twelve months thereafter.
