Common use of NON-WARRANTY Clause in Contracts

NON-WARRANTY. Company's approvals given pursuant to this Agreement or actions taken hereunder shall not be construed as any warranty or representation to Member or any third party regarding the safety, durability, reliability, performance or fitness of Member's generation and service facilities, its control or protective devices or the design, construction, installation or operation thereof.
