Common use of Non-Traditional Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Non-Traditional Evaluation. A teacher may work as 5 an individual or as a member of a team to complete a 6 non-traditional evaluation project reasonably related to 7 his or her subject area and expertise. This may be pro- 8 ject-based, portfolio-based, experiment-based or per- 9 formance-based. 11 11.3.4.3.1.1 Should a permanent teacher be unable to 12 complete the non-traditional evaluation, 13 the default process will be a traditional 14 evaluation.
