Non-Traditional Evaluation Clause Samples
The Non-Traditional Evaluation clause establishes that the assessment of a party’s performance or deliverables will be conducted using methods outside of standard or customary evaluation procedures. This may involve alternative metrics, subjective judgment, or unique criteria tailored to the specific project or agreement, such as peer reviews, pilot testing, or user feedback instead of formal testing protocols.
