Non-Supplanting Requirement. If the SUBRECIPIENT receives federal financial assistance awards made under programs that prohibit supplanting by law, the SUBRECIPIENT must ensure that federal funds do not replace (supplant) funds that have been budgeted for the same purpose through non- federal sources.
