Common use of Non-Subordination of Fee Clause in Contracts

Non-Subordination of Fee. The Lessor will not subordinate its leasehold interest in the Premises or its right to rent payments hereunder or any other right of the Lessor under this Agreement. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, Sublessee may not mortgage its interest in the Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Lessor has no obligation to encumber or otherwise subordinate its fee interest in the Premises to Sublessee.
