Common use of Non-Solicitation of Customers, Customer Prospects, and Vendors Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Customers, Customer Prospects, and Vendors. The Executive also covenants and agrees that during the term of the Executive’s employment with the Company and for two (2) years after the termination thereof, regardless of the reason for the employment termination, the Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit any business from any of the Company’s Customers, Customer Prospects, and/or Vendors with whom the Executive had Material Contact during the last two (2) years of the Executive’s employment with the Company.

The Executive also covenants and agrees that during the term of the Executive’s his employment with the Company and for two eighteen (218) years months after the termination thereof, regardless of the reason for the employment termination, the Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit any business from any of the Company’s Customers, Customer Prospects, and/or Vendors with whom the Executive he had Material Contact business related contact during the last two (2) years of the Executive’s his employment with the Company.
