Non-Solicitation of Clients. I agree that while I am employed by the Company, and for twelve months immediately following the termination of my employment with the Company, I shall not, directly or indirectly, contact or solicit any Clients of the Company for the purpose of selling or supplying to these Clients or the Company any products or services which are competitive with the products or services sold or supplied by the Company at the time of my termination.
