Non-Solicitation of Clients. (i) The Executive hereby agrees that during the Covenant Period, the Executive will not, in any manner, directly or indirectly, (A) Solicit (as defined below) a Client (as defined below) to transact business with a Competitive Enterprise or to reduce or refrain from doing any business with the Company and its affiliated companies or (B) interfere with or damage (or attempt to interfere with or damage) any relationship between the Company or any of its affiliated companies and a Client.
