NON-SOLICITATION OF BUSINESS PARTNERS. During Executive’s employment hereunder, and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, Executive shall not, without the prior written consent of the Company, persuade or encourage any business partners or business affiliates of (i) the Company and/or (ii) any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates with whom Executive has direct contact during his employment hereunder, in each case, to cease doing business with the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates or to engage in any business competitive with the Company and/or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates.

During Executive’s employment hereunderwith the Company, and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, Executive shall not, without the prior written consent of the Company, persuade or encourage any business partners or business affiliates of (i) the Company and/or (ii) any of or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates with whom Executive has direct contact during his employment hereunder, in each case, to cease doing business with the Company and/or or any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates or to engage in any business competitive with the Company and/or or its subsidiaries and/or affiliatessubsidiaries.

During Executive’s employment hereunder, and for a period of twelve eighteen (1218) months thereafter, Executive shall not, without the prior written consent of the Company, persuade or encourage any business partners or business affiliates of (i) the Company and/or (ii) any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates with whom Executive has direct contact during his employment hereunder, in each case, to cease doing business with the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates or to engage in any business competitive with the Company and/or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates.

During Executive’s employment hereunder, and for a period of twelve twenty-four (1224) months thereafter, Executive shall not, without the prior written consent of the Company, persuade or encourage any business partners or business affiliates of (i) the Company and/or (ii) any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates with whom Executive has direct contact during his employment hereunderaffiliates, in each case, to cease doing business with the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates or to engage in any business competitive with the Company and/or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates.

During Executive’s employment hereunderwith the Company, and for a period of twelve twenty-four (1224) months thereafter, Executive shall not, without the prior written consent of the Company, persuade or encourage any business partners or business affiliates of (i) the Company and/or (ii) any of or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates with whom Executive has direct contact during his employment hereunder, in each case, to cease doing business with the Company and/or or any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates or to engage in any business competitive with the Company and/or or its subsidiaries and/or affiliatessubsidiaries.
