Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreements. As soon as practicable following the execution of this Agreement, the Company will enter into Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreements substantially in the form of the agreements or as otherwise set forth in Section 5.11 of the Company Disclosure Schedule with the individuals and the entities listed in such Section of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
