Common use of Non-Smoking Building Clause in Contracts

Non-Smoking Building. The Building is a non-smoking building. Smoking is not permitted in any area of the Building including but not limited to Tenant suites including the Premises, private offices, corridors, restrooms, stairwells, parking garages and/or lobbies. Neither Tenant nor any of its employees, agents, guests or invitees shall smoke in the Building and Tenant will enforce this requirement with respect to anyone in the Building on behalf of, related to, or at the request of Tenant.

Smoking is not permitted in any area of prohibited at all times within the Building entire Building, including but not limited all leased premises, as well as all public/common areas. This prohibition applies during business and non-business hours to Tenant suites including the Premisesrestrooms, private offices, corridors, restroomslobbies, stairwells, parking garages and/or lobbiescommon hallways, the lunchroom and any other public/common area, as well as to all areas within the Premises by Tenants. Neither Tenant nor any of its employees, agents, guests or invitees shall smoke Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area outside the Building and Tenant will enforce this requirement with respect away from the entrances to anyone in the Building on behalf of, related to, or at the request of TenantBuilding.

Neither Tenant nor any of allow its employees, agents, guests representatives, or invitees shall clients/customers to smoke in the Building and Tenant will enforce this requirement with respect to anyone in the Building on behalf of, related to, or at the request of TenantBuilding.
