Common use of Non-Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Non-Responsibility. Lessor may, at any time, enter upon the Premises for the purpose of posting notices of non-responsibility for any work, labor or materials supplied or furnished to the Premises. Lessee shall notify Lessor, in writing and in advance of any construction, in order for Lessor to post such notices of non-responsibility.
