Common use of Non-Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Non-Responsibility. Upon written notice to the Contractor, and a reasonable opportunity to be heard by the appropriate State officials or staff, this Contract may be terminated by the State at the Contractor's expense where the Contractor is determined by the State to be non-responsible. In such event, the State may complete contractual requirements in any manner it deems advisable and pursue available legal or equitable remedies for breach.
