Non-Regular Faculty Members. Non-Regular Faculty Members are eligible to participate in the British Columbia College Pension Plan during their period of employment with the Institute following application to the Institute for approval to participate, in accordance with current legislation.

Non-Regular Faculty Members are eligible to participate in the British Columbia College Pension Plan during their period of employment with the Institute following application to the Institute for approval to participate, in accordance with current legislation. 23.01 Faculty Members shall be covered for employment insurances insofar as the statutes permit. 24.01 All Faculty Members shall participate in and contribute to the Canada Pension Plan in accordance with the applicable legislation. The Institute will contribute to the plan for each Faculty Member, to the extent provided for in the applicable legislation.
