Non-recurring Work Preparation. of Proposals In response to the Government's Request for Proposal (RFP), the Contractor shall submit an non-recurring work proposal to the KO, per Section F, within two working days following receipt for each potential task order which includes: 1) a complete list of all tasks necessary to perform the required scope of work, 2) the number of direct labor hours to perform each task and 3) the projected quantity and costs of materials and equipment to perform the required scope of work.
