Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan. The interest of each Company Employee in the Sprint Executive Deferred Compensation Plan shall remain nonforfeitable and shall be paid (subject to the terms and conditions of such plan) in accordance with the deferral elections made under such plan by such Company Employee.
