Overtime, overload assignments, after school detention and buy- backs ISS, lunch detention, inventory, substitute hours and any additional hours shall be offered to the bargaining unit member in the building who is available and qualified. All bargaining unit members in the building shall have an opportunity to share in additional time. Additional hours will be distributed as evenly as possible on a rotating basis to bargaining unit members who are not already scheduled to work during the available hours. When the building parapro list is exhausted then the district-wide seniority list will be implemented. If no bargaining unit member is available for the additional hours, i.e., overload of one (1) hour, then another person may be hired.

All bargaining unit members in the building shall have an opportunity to share in additional time. Additional hours will be distributed as evenly as possible on a rotating basis by seniority to the highest senior bargaining unit member whose regular work schedule does not conflict with the additional hours available. A rotating time sheet shall be posted in the building office. When the building para-pro list is exhausted then the district- wide seniority list will be implemented. If no bargaining unit member is available for the additional hours, i.e., overload of one (1) hour, then another person may be hired.
