Non-Payment by the Financing Company. In the event that the Financing Company fails to pay Miraclon for the Financed Product for any reason, the Customer is responsible for the full purchase price and shall pay such purchase price to Miraclon within five (5) days of notification from Miraclon of non-payment by the Financing Company.
