Non-Payment by Financing Company. In the event that the Financing Company fails to pay Kodak for the Financed Product for any reason, Customer is responsible for the full purchase price and shall pay such purchase price to Kodak within five (5) days of notification from Kodak of non-payment by the Financing Company.
