Non-Original Load Clause Samples

Non-Original Load. Non-Original Load shall be registered under the WEIS Tariff as assets of the associated Founding WEIS Participants, or its agent serving as Market Participant pursuant to the WEIS Tariff, for purposes of WEIS, including NEL Share, effective as of the PSCo BA Initial Term and continuing during the time period that the PSCo host Balancing Authority (“BA”) is a WEIS Participant, provided that PSCo shall not be responsible for registering Non-Original Load. If Non-Original Load transfers to a non-PSCo host BA in WEIS, such load will no longer be Non-Original Load.
