Common use of Non-Material Changes Clause in Contracts

Non-Material Changes. Partner shall give written notice to the designated City representative of any of the following non-material changes that affects either programmatic or financial requirements of this Agreement but a written amendment will not be necessary. i. Change of address, telephone number, email, fax number; ii. Change of Partner’s authorized signatory or his/her designee; iii. Change in the name and address of the designated representatives to which notices are to be sent; iv. Changes in Agreement related personnel positions of Partner which do not affect staffing ratios or staff qualifications required under this Agreement. v. Change in the name of Partner where the ownership remains the same.
