Non-Liability for Event of Force Majeure. Subject to the provisions of this Article, where either Party is prevented from performing its obligations hereunder by an Event of Force Majeure, other than the obligation to pay money, the obligations of both Parties are suspended for the duration of such Event of Force Majeure and neither Party shall be liable to the other for such failure to fulfil obligations.
