Non-exclusive Remedy; Survival. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 will remain in full force and effect regardless of any investigation made by or on behalf of any Indemnified Party, and will survive the transfer of securities.
