Common use of Non-Disparagement Clause in Contracts

Non-Disparagement. The Executive shall not make any disparaging remarks, or any remarks that could reasonably be construed as disparaging, regarding the Company, or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents.

Non-Disparagement. The Executive shall not at anytime make any false, misleading or disparaging remarks, or any remarks that could reasonably be construed as disparaging, regarding statements about the Company, its parent, subsidiaries or its officersaffiliates, including any of their products, services, management, directors, officers, employees, shareholders, representatives or agentsand customers.

The Executive shall agrees not to disparage, or make disparaging remarks or send any disparaging communications concerning, the Company, its reputation, its business, and/or its directors, officers and managers. Likewise the Company’s senior management agrees not to disparage, or make any disparaging remarksremark or send any disparaging communication concerning Executive, or any remarks that could reasonably be construed as disparaging, regarding the Company, or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agentshis reputation and/or his business.

Non-Disparagement. The Executive shall agrees not to directly or indirectly disparage or otherwise make any disparaging remarkscomment or statement that casts an unfavorable light upon the Company or any Affiliate, or any remarks that could reasonably be construed as disparagingof their directors, regarding the Company, or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents. The Company agrees that it will use its best efforts to prevent any disparagement of Executive by any of its personnel and will take responsive action to stop any disparagement of which it learns. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this provision shall not preclude Executive or the Company from making truthful statements to any government agency or pursuant to any lawful subpoena.

Executive shall will not make any remarks disparaging remarks, or any remarks that could reasonably be construed as disparaging, regarding of the Company, or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives directors or managing agents.
