Non-Continuous. An employee shall be paid time and one-half (1 ½) for the first (1st) eight (8) hours worked and double time thereafter, on any general holiday listed in Article 11, or day observed as such under the terms of this Agreement. All general holidays listed herein shall be paid on an eight (8) hour basis.
