Non Competition Matters Sample Clauses

The Non-Competition Matters clause restricts one or more parties from engaging in business activities that directly compete with the other party during or after the term of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines specific industries, geographic regions, or time periods in which competition is prohibited, and may include examples such as not working for a competitor or starting a similar business. Its core function is to protect the legitimate business interests of a party by preventing unfair competition and safeguarding confidential information or client relationships.
