Non-Business Day. (a) If any payment of principal or interest on any Domestic Rate Loan shall fall due on a day which is not a Business Day, interest at the rate such Loan bears for the period prior to maturity shall continue to accrue on such principal from the stated due date thereof to and including the next succeeding Business Day on which the same is payable.
