Common use of Non-Business Day Clause in Contracts

Non-Business Day. Unless expressly provided to the contrary in this Indenture or in any Debenture, whenever any payment shall be due, any period of time shall begin or end, any calculation is to be made or any other action is to be taken on, or as of, or from a period ending on, a day other than a Business Day, such period of time shall begin or end and such calculation shall be made as of the day that is not a Business Day, but such actions shall be taken and such payment shall be made, as the case may be, on the next succeeding Business Day.
