Common use of Non-Binding Nature Clause in Contracts

Non-Binding Nature. The submission of an unsigned copy of this document to Tenant for Tenant’s consideration does not constitute an offer to lease the Leased Premises or an option to or for the Leased Premises. This document shall become effective and binding only upon the execution and delivery of this Lease by both Landlord and Tenant.
