Common use of Non-Binding Nature Clause in Contracts

Non-Binding Nature. 2.1 The Parties agree that this Memorandum of Understanding, continuing discussion, future exchange of information, past or future correspondence or other communications between the Parties shall not commit either Party to continue discussion or negotiation nor shall such be legally binding as an informal agreement or agreement to agree to a potential cooperative relationship.
