Non Availability for Work Sample Clauses

The Non Availability for Work clause defines the procedures and consequences when an employee or contractor is unable to perform their duties due to absence or unavailability. Typically, this clause outlines the requirements for notifying the employer, any documentation needed (such as medical certificates), and the impact on pay or project timelines during periods of non-availability. Its core function is to ensure both parties understand their obligations and the effects of absences, thereby minimizing disruptions and clarifying expectations in the event of unplanned time off.
