Common use of Nominated Card Scheme Obligations Clause in Contracts

Nominated Card Scheme Obligations. (i) You must provide us with a Compliance Action Plan (if required by any Nominated Card Scheme for the purposes of complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI DSS”)) within ninety (90) days of receiving a request from us to do so. You must also comply with all Nominated Card Scheme Regulations as specified in the Merchant Agreement or otherwise notified to you from time to time, including any obligations regarding compliance with the PCI DSS. We will notify you of any such obligations and, to the extent practicable, will provide you with a reasonable period of time to comply with such obligations.
