Noise Policy and Quiet Hours. A community member’s right to a peaceful environment conducive to academic study supersedes a community member’s right to make noise. Therefore, the use of amplified equipment in residential community buildings, with the exception of stereos, or any disruptive level of noise is prohibited at all times.
