Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d). SECTION 109 OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. Citizen Volunteer or Community Service Leave Leave without pay may be granted for community volunteerism or service.
Extended Health Care Plan (a) The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable Extended Health Care Plan.
Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (a) Leave provisions of this Agreement shall be construed consistently with the requirements of the Act. However, if the leave provisions under this Article are more generous, this Agreement shall prevail.
Community Partnerships The Contractor must submit a Communication Plan (“Plan”) developed with each Housing Assessment and Resource Agency (“HARA”) within their assigned Region(s):
